About Paul Crosbie

My name is Paul Crosbie, and I am the director of Pro1 Property. Born and raised in Marlborough, I have spent my entire career in the building and maintenance industries. Over the years, I have been involved in a diverse range of projects, from high-rise developments and large-scale commercial buildings to residential homes of all sizes, as well as various maintenance work.

At Pro1 Property, my goal is to simplify home and project management by providing a seamless, stress-free experience. Instead of juggling multiple companies and contractors, clients can rely on one company—one point of contact—to get the job done efficiently and professionally. Since launching in September 2023, we've received consistent feedback on how easy and straightforward it is to work with us.

I take pride in running well-organised projects and maintaining clear, open communication with my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, hitting the gym, and reading.
